Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions refer to the use of the ‘Daisywheel’ software and the website daisyweel.com which is wholly owned by CJ Wellings Ltd, UK registered company number 5220550. Registered office Southbank House, Black Prince road London, SE1 7SJ. The website and all software associated with it and all services provided by it are from here on referred to as Daisywheel. These terms and conditions are for users of Daisywheel here on referred to as the customer.
Introduction
Before becoming a registered user of the site you should read these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions then we will not accept your order.
Order cancellation
We start work on your order immediately, so no cancellation is allowed, once payment has been processed.
Payment methods
We accept payment by Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Electron, Solo and Paypal. We accept card payments in GBP, EUR and USD. Payment transactions are through the secure Paypal ‘virtual terminal system’. This protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Please note that Daisywheel does not accept cash or cheques as payment online.
Pricing policy
Price are shown on our website in GBP, and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Returns policy
Goods may only be returned if faulty or incorrectly supplied, and where the fault lies solely with Daisywheel. Goods may not be returned because of any error or reproduction issue resulting from the customer’s use of unsuitable images or incorrectly entered text. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve the final proof before printing. Please send an initial email to returns@Daisywheel.com, one of the customer services team will contact you for details of why you wish to return the goods and instructions on how to do so.
Privacy
Our priority for you as our customer is to maintain the privacy of the information you have supplied us with at all times and our company adheres to the Data Protection Act in regard to such information.
The website
We may change the Daisywheel website and correct or update information on it at any time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
We do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.
Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. You must not transmit through or to our website any defamatory, threatening, obscene, distressing, harmful material or material which may infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy) or which does not comply with all relevant laws.
Daisywheel images
Images used on the main body of the Daisywheel site including the character ‘Bob’, the ‘Daisyplanet’ and all related characters are copyright of Daisywheel. None of the images on this site may be used without the express permission of Daisywheel. All of the images used on this site are subject to copyright law, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part by anyone without prior written consent.
User content
Any words, literary works, photographs, artistic works or any other content entered onto the site and/or submitted by you to us via the site or otherwise are referred to as ‘user content’ in these conditions.
By providing user content to the site you warrant this, is your own work and is not copied from anyone else or infringing of any third party’s rights. If it is not your own work that you have obtained all necessary rights and clearances, it is not defamatory, harassing, offensive, threatening, in breach of anyone’s privacy or in contempt of court, and that use of your user Content by us in accordance with the rights granted by you will not infringe any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights, moral rights or other rights and is not subject to further conditions or payments. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on the website.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
